Q: Is there a separate file that needs to be downloaded that contains SAS code for the combined CDPS-Rx model, and if so where do I find this?
A: A text file included in the CDPS 5.0 folder, CDPSMRXR.txt, provides
SAS code to combine CDPS and MRX-R into CDPS+Rx.
